dont be evil google HTC Sues Apple For Patents Bought By GoogleHTC is suing Apple for patents which were bought by Google from several companies and transferred to HTC on September 1st.

“Instead of competing by building new features or devices, they are fighting through litigation.”

This was just over a month ago when David Drummond, Chief Legal Officer at Google took on defensive crying about companies like Apple, Microsoft and RIM acquiring auctioned patents for the sole purpose of hurting Android.
